Straight to the point:

Whats the estimated player count ~$1,000-$1,500 in advertising would get you on the dreaded gamemode: HCF.

Advertising Itself:
We can raise this another $500 to around 1.5k if needed.
- $125 on Discord advertisements to gain a member-base
- $300 in trailer uploads
- $600 in live-streams/Youtubers

Separate Giveaways.
This budget is separate from our advertising budget.
- 1, $50 giveaway to those who are in our discord and in game for every 50 players past 300 that join—up to 5 giveaways totaling $250 at 500 players for sotw. Only one winner per $50
- Steelseries rival 310 @ mk750 TKL giveaway (have both of these spare)
- Evga rtx 2060 giveaway (have a spare)
- 5, $20 giveaways at ~1000 Discord members totaling $100. Only one winner per $20.

Also let me know how I could improve on my advertising techniques.

I say 350-550 for SOTW & 100 afterwards.

To get such a high player base you are going to need a high payout system and big youtubers to maintain that many players.

No point in wasting all the money for advertising for a first map what could be filled with bugs etc. But I would say about (if hired the right streamers, youtubers, partners) - 400+ on sotw (first couple of maps), 100+ 24/7 and more on peaks.

Yes, but this is for our first map.
What you are discussing is more appropriate for our second map and onward.
Having a series about nothing because the server has yet to release for our first ever sotw does not help anyone.

Sorry for the trash, but it's amazing how many people can't read the thread and just want you to add them on Discord lol. It's not hard to just put estimates here there's literally no reason to add your Discord tags. Either way, good luck with your server, that's a nice budget to have for advertising - not sure how many members that would get you but if you invest it wisely into certain YouTubers then it can go a long way.
