How many servers use teamspeak?

So... Are there many servers that still use teamspeak? Is it still normal?

For pvp servers its quite common for now but Discord is gaining lots of popularity among pvp servers. But for other servers they don't really use TeamSpeak since you have to pay for servers and is a bit outdated.

Yeah just use Discord, it's superior in every way.

Not in every way, if your pc is very slow TS will run alot better, also you can self host servers to have total control over it.

Discord Webbrowser, uses no storage and is the same thing.

How does using it from the browser allow you to self host an instance?
I literally checked it right now and it uses about 100mb's of memory (browser version), which is more than TS

Yes it does, it uses your browsers local storage, as well as other means to store data like cookies
