I want to know how much some domains are worth.

Low Value Domains

Medium Value Domains
blockband.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $5-$10)
mineware.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $5-$10)
buildbattle.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $5-$10)

High Value Domains
sky-block.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $20-$30)
kitpvp.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $15-$20)
skywars.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $25-$30)
eggwars.xyz (This one I'm guessing is worth around $20-$25)

I'm guessing .xyz is worth about $5 each and .net is worth about $15 each.

People buy .net domains for like $50 here and you can get a .net domain for $10 just about anywhere...

No one will buy a .xyz domain and expect to get traffic. .xyz domains are mainly used for people who are setting up a simple website to show a portfolio or something similar and want a cheap domain.

What domain extensions do you recommend I get then? Thanks for the help btw
