Before I start this, here's a small disclaimer. I'm no expert, but i've built PC's before and am A+ Certified.

PC #1: $450. This is due to DDR2 RAM, which is highly outdated compared to the speed of DDR3 or even DDR4. Secondly, the most expensive part of this build would be the graphics card, but the outdated RAM, Motherboard and CPU would lower the worth and quality of this build. If you are looking to improve it, I recommend upgrading your MotherBoard and getting DDR3 ram, if you are on a budget. If not, DDR4 would be best, and a new CPU would be even better.

PC #2: $650. The most important aspect is the DDR3 RAM in this build. Coupled with the i3, it should be a fairly fast PC for everyday use, but not quite the best for gaming or rendering film. To improve it, I recommend upgrading the CPU and GPU, to increase the worth and performance of this machine.

That's just my two-cents. Thank you!
No... just no.
This is no way worth what you are saying...

The PC's are worth a fair amount. I looked up a few parts, but these price ranges should be fairly accurate.

Being A+ certified, I have had some experience with PC's and know the price ranges for a multitude of parts.

I would say the first appraisal is way off, as DDR2 was introduced back in 2003, why would you ever want it? The parts combined may be worth close to that, but no one would ever purchase it at that price.

The second appraisal looks decent, maybe a tad high.

I'd say around 100$ each, they aren't that powerful though, I'd say upgrade the 2nd one with an I5 2400, they go for dirt cheap and would make it quite a lot faster and even usable for games

EDIT: I didn't see the graphics card on the 2nd, I'd say that bumps the price up to around the 200$ range[DOUBLEPOST=1541173431][/DOUBLEPOST]
DDR2 still works great on the rare CPUs that are still good to this day, ram speeds don't affect much nowadays
Aight. Honestly don't go for a budget. I'm saying this BC buying a computer is an investment and if you use it enough it becomes worth it. Your DDR2 will not be good for Cs go Niether the i3 as it's aging. I saved bout 300£ on a Dell Gaming Laptop from Curry's BC of sales. Just buy a bunch of stuff during black Friday or something and it will be worth your money. To get decent frames on CS I'd say at least a i5 and a decent GPU. And a acceptable amt of ram

Tbh I dont think I explained well enough xD What Im trying to say is that Im wanting to know if they are rip offs . The 1st one is £200 and the second £300 . Im wanting to buy either one of them bcs £300 is my budget and these a the best I found. I would like to know how well they would run modern games eg. Fortnite , Minecraft , CS:GO and so on. If I can build a better pc for the price please tell me
