How Much Could I Sell A Server List Website For?

Hello. I recenlty finished coding a fully functional minecraft server list website. How much money do you think I could sell it for?

It's pretty much just the files... it's custom. No domain, no visitors. Just need a ballpark estimate.

If this is with all the back end code including user options, you could probably ask for $700 exclusively or $125 as a nonexclusive resource.

I disagree, I don't think a Minecraft Server List is worth that much, especially nonexclusive ...

Seems very basic with a poor design. I don't think this would be worth much at all. It's just a basic CRUD system at the end of the day
