How much $$ do you need for a server-100pb-youtubers

I know it costs a lot to run a server but if I wanted to run my own server with a constant active 100 or even 50 player base with youtubers how much would it cost overall including

all advertising-sites, post,youtubers, etc
website,buycraft,forums,store,etc
plugins, none custom, and custom
logos,gfx
domains
etc you get the idea
buy a premade setup/start from scratch/buy a server that's already started

Depends on the quality of what you purchase as well as who from. A server like this could easily run $500+ for a single server (not network).

I would most likely agree with above. It depends on what advertisements you want, as all vary, and how much your budget is. For a YouTuber, sub count does a lot of things. All prices for youtubers are most likely going to differ. I would say around $1000 if you want the highest quality of everything, or $500-$600 if you want standard essentials.
