This really depends on how much you're really wanting to put forth into your server, how dedicated you are, and the extent of plugins and such you're wanting. But over all I can give you a small IMO budget.

Builds (Really depends on quality, and size and amount): Usually for a spawn, an a hub you'll spend anywhere from 60-100

Custom plugins (Varies widely on development needing done, gonna say factions for this): A factions core can cost upwards of $700, a fork will drop this price a bit, not too significantly however. For other things like custom skyblocks, it really depends on what the java developer would scale their work at.

Art: $60-150

Banner: $25-30

Website (If xenforo, non nulled) $420 - ish for brand removal and license, and design.

Advertisement: $500+, Advertisement will be a continual expense for your server, consider putting all of the donation money you get from your server to advertisement for a rather long time, to get a steady and fun player environment.

Total price: This is really hard to put all together, as it just really depends on how you value your server worth, and counting factors of very little info on what is going to be done or needed.

This! Your advertising budget will be/should be at least the size of your budget of everything else. If you do that right, establish right partnerships with media that relates target audience etc., you can raise your chances for success a lot.

I don't care about advertising for now i mostly care about the server itself, plugins builds, setup a server where people enjoy playing in then after everything is done i will care about the advertisements

I already have, ART, banner, xenforo ) Forum design & license (, Store ) Store Design (, 3 months 8gb hosting , just need to buy plugins, builds and i am unsure about the budget i should have when i do so.

Probably a good budget for logo, but will most likely pay less that 100$ for a logo.

Add advertising budget and then maybe boost up your website to 40-45$ if your looking for a high quality XenForo

If applicable: Add budget for payment of managers / developers / giveaways etc

What kind of information are you hoping to get out of them??

You should be able to open a server for a couple hundred dollars. Just be smart about it and plan out what you want to spend ahead of time.

I think you only need money for hosting the server. For every thing else you can find free alternatives and starting designers/devs that are willing to do their work for free.
