If the builds are 10x10, non exclusive, and look like shit, and the server is the same as every other skyblock server out there, the price will be a lot different than a server with large exclusive builds, custom plugins, and that is unique.

You need to give more info and show pictures of builds and stuff.

It isn't worth anything in it's current stage. Nothing is finished, builds look like they are downloaded, the crates and shop aren't finished, not to mention your forums at its current stage isn't worth anything.

Also a few bugs would need to be fixed such as the mc player skins are not connected.
