How much for large characters / houses in this style?

Heya,

I'm a builder who always worked for servers, so I have no experience selling my builds. That's why I'm turning to here for advice. I don't have a "traditional" build style: I only really enjoy creating large characters and very large houses compared to the player's scale, and I haven't seen anyone offer similar builds, so I don't have anything to compare my prices to.

I'm not looking to sell these particular builds as much as I'm looking to do exclusive commissions in a similar style. Is there even any kind of demand for this build style?

So the imgurr includes two large character builds and two large houses. It has a picture of the bare house and the house with an environment. Do you think the environment raises the price at all? I know the pictures are pretty bad and old, not great marketing for myself.

TLDR; Looking to do exclusive commisions in this kind of style, what kind of price range am I looking at for either the characters or the houses?

Well it is an appraisal, I'm currently not interested in buying organics. I think if you create organics that fit the theme of many servers (Fantasy, Space etc.) you can easily charge a bit more if they are exclusive.
