How much $ for this?

So I'm looking to buy a plugin where every hour a crate drops. It drops as an emerald block and as it goes down their are a bunch of particles around it and a firework goes off of it twice so that people know where it is located.I want it to have loot inside too.

I also want it to have commands like,
/crate and it shows the remaining time till next crate drop.
/crate cancel cancels the next crate that's coming but it's with specific perms.
Not buying yet, just want to know how much it would cost because we are trying to make a new server and our budget is very little.

Very similar but I want a plugin that ONLY has the command /crate and I want it to be an emerald block with particles every where. Do you know how much this would cost?

... If you want the plugins command to be /crate just add an alias in commands.yml. Why do you need particles?

Particles make it look nice and people can see it easier. I also want this to have loot inside btw
