How much is a video worth for a 23.9k YouTuber?

I am currently working with a 23.9k minecraft YouTuber and curious as to how much we should charge per video.

A video posted 2 hours ago already has 1k+ views, some videos have gone partially viral with 20k+ some have 30k+ some 14k+ some have 3k+. It varies a lot, however the viewers are interactive. I'd say on average probably 3k-5k views.

If possible I'd try to give the YouTuber a server percentage so this will encourage them to make more videos because the more players it attracts the more money they will receive.

Rather than pay them per episode. Give them something like 20% of all server donations. That's what most servers do, and this encourages the YouTubers to expand the player base because the better they do the more money the server makes and the more money they make.

On a video with around 5,000 views, 448 likes and 133 comments
On a video with around 14,000 views, 643 likes and 120 comments

It varies, that's just on 2 videos.

Trailer Upload - $25-$80 Depends of views obviously (For example if mostly plays another server with lots of players your trailer will be seen by a whole others servers community basically attracting more players)
Server Overview - $40-$100
Gameplay - Not to sure what you mean here.
Series (5+ vids) - $20-40 PER VID

A server overview would simply be talking about the server, staying at spawn mostly and discussing the type of server, what you can do, etc.
