How much is my modded server worth? [30 player avg, est $400/mo]

Hey,
Last sunday, 5 days ago I opened up a modpack called guns and glory, it has rose to great popularity. Ive made many modpacks in the past but this one is by far the most popular. Within 3 days the server peaked at 60 players, and has currently made $80. The modpack which currently has 5,600 downloads was just released six days ago. The server is factions and uses all the mods in the modpack while running thermos.

Im wondering how much this server and modpack would be worth, and if anyone would be interested in buying it for a large amount of money.

I can supply more proof of ownership, pics of server, etc. Right now Im not necessarily looking to sell it, just wondering how much its worth.

Why don't you just get someone to run the server for you like a manager.

Because Id have to pay for that or trust someone with console and the server.
Also the purpose of this thread is to estimate the worth of the server

That's only if the player base stay that high, but since your server is still only in the first week the players may not stay.
