How much is my server worth?

Quantum Network
Quantum Network is a minigame server.
It does not have many players but it's a server that me and co-owner Djkaye spent ages to create and lots of money for builds.
We put most of our time and money into the making of the server and underestimated the advertising costs.

Gamemodes:
Tower Defence: The classic gamemode simplified.

Information
It's a Lobby server called Quantum Network.
It's hosted on a dedicated server with pterodactyl panel installed.
dedi specs: 32gb ram, quad core 8threaded xeon, 2 x 250gb ssd.

All builds were purchased from a professional build team EXCEPT factions and EnderGames (which was downloaded).
It has premium plugins for the minigames that will need to be downloaded.
It has a separate economy for the lobby and for the minigames.
We also have a custom website, custom logo, and domain.

We do have forums, and we have one custom plugin.

Nope, we have not made any sales. I mean we really underestimated the fact that we need to advertise properly. We spent basically the whole budget on making it. I am sure we could get a decent player base if we really wanted to invest even more money. But we have lost interest.

I'd also like to note that overwatch was not originally working, so with permission of the author I decompiled and fixed it.

Tbh, since it is a custom setup and you have some unique games such as "Bomber Eggs" which I've never heard of, brings up the price but some things are not unique, such as some of the maps, that can bring down the value. A fair price in my eyes is $100-150 just due to the fact that we haven't seen a steady player base or an average monthly profit. I personally wouldn't bid on it but that would be my evaluation. Note that it could go for more or less.

Well look you can never really sell a Server for more than what it made. Unless we are talking large networks, such as Hypixel, Mineplex, Hive, Cubecraft, etc.. Especially Small servers. I understand the frustration though. Overall you could possibly get a deal for $200-300, but If I were interested in purchasing it, I would bid $150-200. However, someone else might bid more.
