I've tried selling presidential domains before and have learned from my mistakes so trust me. Don't sell domains for more than it's worth unless it has a lot of visitors to it. No one wants to buy a domain for double the cost if it isn't gonna get any visitors or profits. Especially, don't attempt to sell a domain you don't already own. You should Google some domain selling articles first and understand how the domain selling process works.

I don't really know gamemodes, but I'm pretty sure its supposed to be PotPvP, not PotsPvP, nevertheless it's a decent domain. But since there is both .org, and .net available (and they've never been registered before), shows there isn't a demand for the name. Go ahead and register both if you have the money, hopefully it'll gain some resell value.

Domains' worth depend on the domain's age, letter count and extension. As I've understood from what you had written: domain's age is 0, and letter count is 7, not that much rare, and the extension is .net... It worths what you see on GoDaddy's domain search page.
