Hey everyone! I have been running an MCPE server for over a year now, and I'm just a bit tired of it. Long story short, we had a pretty good playerbase going, but due to an MCPE update that broke PocketMine, we had to close the server for almost a month until we could update it. And, that led to a large amount of people leaving the server.
I'd rather not spend all of the time and money to build this server up again, but maybe someone else might.
The server does have a playerbase of about 5-15 on weekdays and 15-20 on weekends. On rare occasions it will go up to 35 or so. But, before we lost a lot of the playerbase it would be 15-20 on weekdays and 20-35 on weekends.
We are technically the server that is affiliated with the Minecraft PE Wikia website - that website gets around 200k views per week and there is a lot of opportunity to get users from there if you were to continue the affiliation. The website is non profit, so there's no downside in keeping the affiliation going. And, despite having a dwindling playerbase, we do have a pretty dedicated community, many of which have played since the creation of the server over a year ago.
I will not lie, the server has its problems. At the moment, a lot of plugins for MCPE aren't great, so not everything is stable. Our main attraction is creative plots. Those work fairly well. We also have KitPVP and unused Skywars maps. The KitPVP map in particular is pretty good, and all maps are custom made. We have made around $500 in lifetime donations, but you could make a lot more. We have been way too dependent on creative plots in the past which made it hard to create good ranks worth buying. The purchase would also come with the domain mcpewiki.com (unless you wanted to no longer affiliate it with the wikia site, then I could work something out.)
