How much is this server worth?

This server has been up since 2013 but finished being built and done by the beginning of 2014 reached times which it would get around 300 players, Its not as popular as it once was but its slowly rising over time the name of the server is "Aviatorcraft" and I was just wondering around how much you guys think the server is worth.

The server has a solid 30+ pb and on weekends around 60-70 players on with no advertisement what so ever. ( its just that players have more free time on weekends)

All builds are customly made ( server includes build team )

People are probably going to want to see donation stats to give a more accurate answer, but having a stable playerbase means that it's almost certainly going to be worth a lot.

Also, what's used for that portal/homepage/etc.? Is it a Xenforo plugin, or something else?

I wouldn't exactly be able to tell you the exact statistics since I'm just the owners friend wanting to get a calculate on around how much player would give for the server based on what they see so far.
