It'll mainly depend on where the server is being collocated, if it's in europe $60-$80, US: $70-$130

Are you planning to colo this server? Since you didn't include a case, used a desktop headsink and PSU.

Yea I would be colocation the server with fallout hosting if I decide to ever do this

That cooler won't work, the PSU doesn't fit a 1U case and you also didn't include the case in the cost. You'll be better off with a new york location if you're using that hardware. Fallout's network isn't the best.

Yea I was originally looking at a 4U Case, but now realize it'll be in a 1U

Yea don't do Dallas its congested as heck but you will get more out of NY. You breaking the server down into VM's or just renting the full dedi out?

Probably just the entire dedi as it would be much easier.
