How much ram does a kits server need?

Hello, the title says it all. I want my server to have events like EliteKits and generally soup kitpvp.

We want like 15 plugins, We are looking to get a playerbase at 12/15 players online at the same time, And about the map.. It will probably be a small one.

I would suggest 4+gb on a decent host

The number of plugins is irrelevant when deciding server resources, as plugins vary significantly. I honestly believe that you could get away with 2gb of memory with a decent CPU (Core i9 or Xeon), but 3gb+ would be recommended.
