How much ram should my server have?

So I am looking to have a small whitelisted survival server limited to people 15+ with special needs or those who have been bullied, to many servers out there with a shit ton of rules and other things, basically want to make a safe chill server for those with special needs or most people.... anyways, I am going with Pebblehost, haven't owned a server since 2016, I am expecting to whitelist 100+ and maybe have 10-30 on at times, probably 50 plugins.... will 6gb be enough? Also if someone has a discount code with pebble drop it below don't mind spending more than the 6gb plan, obviously if this grows ill just buy a VPS, but for now I need something good to start with

From my experience, with 10-30 people, on around 50 plugins - similar to my setup - i recommend 8gb, but also I think you should use sparkedhost instead. Almost identical prices to pebble but you get a more control from the panel without having to use an SFTP client. Hardware is a bit better too imo
