How much will it cost to make a buy craft alternative?

so I am completely aware that buy crafts only competitor "MinecraftMarket" was hacked and therefore shutdown.


just curious how much it'll cost me to setup a website/plugin that essentially runs the same thing that buy craft has to offer.
