How much will you pay for a good designer

Hello, I am really curious how much would y'all pay a designer. I am waiting for your answers

As someone who works in the field doing both freelance and as an employee of a design and print firm, designers are normally paid quite a lot. Where I worked before the whole pandemic started paid their designers and illustrators around $23/hr starting out.

I also live in a relatively small city, so pay also would depend on the person's location.
