How much would a custom plugin like this cost.

I need a easy lightweight plugin that does this:

- Checks McMMO power of the player
- Execute couple of commands (that are in the config.yml) if they reach a certain power level
- There is a progress bar to the next rankup (like this one: http://prntscr.com/hjsey4)
- if a player has a permission like (rankup.except) he doesn't rank up

How much would a plugin like this one cost?

Thee are plugins , like this already which are pretty easy to use and have feather board setup. Rank up does all of these regardless being of the server being prison , it allows you to execute the commands when a player reaches a certain stage or does something.
