How much would it cost for someone to make a discord bot web-panel?

It depends on how many bot features you want to integrate to your webpanel but I believe it would start at $100

As Redo said, it depends on features, what language the bot is based in and a whole bunch of other factors. Without any more information to go off, $75+ sounds reasonable.

Let’s say the webpanel will be a webstore and when you buy a package it sends a message to the discord server (using the bot)

Then the admin can create their own packages

webhooks? what your asking the capability of changing / creating packages then sending a message in discord if bought it has been done by craftingstore and tebex i believe and it does what your saying.. plus i doubt it would cost what they're asking if you want it to be an ecommerce panel..

As pink said, you could get a cheaper price by just creating a webhook script instead of reinventing the wheel

Not exactly, this is to send a message for an advertisement for the discord server but it has to be bought on the webpanel for it to be sent
