Logo I would estimate from them would be : $150-200 (based off a recent quote I heard of from that person)
Icons of this quality would probably be at least $20-40 each
It all depends who you go to though.
And banners, I make them.
Animated Banners are $50-200
Static Banners are $20-30
Other designers sell templates and such if you're going down the cheaper route.

Pretty spot on, though you can surely get animated and static banners for less.
Custom logos/icons are going to cost you... especially this "Hand-Drawn" art style.
Don't need hand drawn.
I was basing them off what was linked. Non hand drawn would be much cheaper.
The style you linked above is hand-drawn. You may want to provide different examples then.
I just want a nice dragon themed logo for now and that was the best example i could find.
