How much would this cost me?

Hello. I have been considering starting a project, so I thought it might be a good idea to get an estimate on how much it would set me back. I am only looking for an estimated price atm, nothing more.

So, without revealing too much, what I would need is a more or less complete solution for a custom gamemode. Some notable things for it would be custom drops (from blocks and mobs, including drops from using different tools), custom crafting and custom smelting. There would also be a quest/achievement system, but I don't think anything custom would be needed for this. Other than the above mentioned, the gamemode would not bee too complicated and only include minor tweaks.
