How much would this cost?

Hi,
I'm not actually looking into making a server right now, because I don't have enough time on my hands but I was wondering, if I gave an idea of a server I wanted to make, you lot would be able to tell me roughly how much I may have to spend on the following:

- Multiple builds ($???)
- Custom configurations/plugins ($???)
- Buycraft ($???)
- An actual good admin team ($???)
Below is a list of what sort of things I need to be done for those categories.
Keep in mind, I want to make a gamemode that combines skyblock, and HCF in a way that I think is somewhat new and have a minigame section.

I need one main lobby (no portals, just NPCs and a nice scenery)

Skyblock/HCF gamemode
Different themes of skyblock islands (nothing boring like, overworld, desert, etc. I want things that are spic and span, brand new).
A new and custom/exclusive overworld, nether and end world
A spawn for the gamemode (including NPCs for auction house, shops, and maybe a tutorial)

Minigames
Maps for:
- Skywars
- TNT Run
- Speed UHC
- Murder Mystery
- Cops 'n' Crims
- Duels
- The Walls
- Brackets
- Lava Run
- Hunger Games
- Hide 'n' Seek

I know I've sort of been all formal with this, but please don't steal ideas from this post, even though some were heavily influenced by other servers. Again, I'm just looking for some sort of a price range and if anyone would be totally down to do this with me.

I’d say a minimum of around $800 for the plugins. Then another $200-300 for the builds.
