How much would it cost to get a advanced discord bot made, something like Mee6 or dyno

Would it be cheaper to get a already existing bot web integrated with panel or would it have to be recoded[DOUBLEPOST=1569177183][/DOUBLEPOST]

This is totally impossible to make that for 50$ xD. Just the web dev costs much than that.
