How much would a bot like Tickety cost?

Tickety is a support bot that when you do a certain command (eg: -new @1234566783658) it will make a chat channel/ticket with everyone with a certain role and the person you @'d.

These are the commands I will be need

-new: Creates a text channel

-close: Deletes the text channel the command is made in

Requirements: Only Administrator roles can perform the command(s)

And how much ram would be needed to run it? and the storage space it takes up

Dang, I thought it would be alot more cheaper like $5 cause it mainly only creates a channel with people in it and deletes it.
