Ok so I am looking for a custom enchantment plugin for my faction server. You get about 30% chance of getting the enchants when you enchant your sword/armour. So this is the enchantments:

Note: This only works with the items below if you put it on a sword or item or raw chicken etc it should deny it!

Helmet:
Gluttony (Max is 1): Gives you unlimited food bars/saturation (no need to eat).
Torch (Max is 1): Gives you Unlimited Night vision 2 (no need for light).

Chestplate:
True Strength (Max is 1): Gives you Unlimited Strength II and Slowness II Potion effect. (No need to put a strength potion however you get something bad while wearing it).

Boots:
Talaria (Max 1): Gives you Speed II Potion effect (You are sonic reborn).
Springs (Max 3): Springs gives you Jump Boost effect. Spring I gives you Jumpboost I. Spring II gives you Jumpboost II. Springs III gives you Jumpboost III (Dukes for days).

All Items Including Leggings:
Marshmallow (Max 1): Gives you 25% less damage on the item you are wearing which has Marshmallow I on it.
Brothers Guard (Max 1): Gives you 4 Absorption hearts if you have a full set. Note this doesn't work if you only have 1,2 or 3 items you are wearing with Brothers guard. You must have 4.
Gods Disciple (Max 1): Gives you 1 Health Boost heart if you wear it on one item. So if you wear 3 items with the enchant gives you 3 hearts. If you wear full set gives you 4 etc.

The commands:

Admin command: Hold a armour you want then type this in: /ce give (enchant) 1
Default command: /ce (Shows GUI of the custom enchants and what is max level as in III or II etc. And what does it do when wearing it.

Must have permissions a source code etc.

I do not want this plugin I want to know how much it costs and also I will be adding about 9 more custom enchants with diamond swords. I am saving money for this. Thanks!
