How much?

Does anyone know how much I could get for a server that averages 3-5 players and peaks at around 10. It is kinda small but I was debating if I should sell it or not.

The setup currently being sold is a edited version of my Non-exclusive sellfy setup. I have given reselling rights to darkenmoonz but the new owner/buyer cannot resell unless he contacts me first.
