Pretty much as the title said "How old are you" and "How good is your maturity level"

Retarded - 1 | Dumb - 2 | Half dumb, half mature - 3 | Mature - 4 | Maturity over 9000! - 5

So I'll start it off:

I'm 15 years old, and I'm around the middle of dumb and mature, which is "3"

Now, how old are you and how good is your maturity level?

I'm only 13 years old, not sure of the exact requirements of being "mature", but I could be when needed to, but I'm usually more laid back and fun.

My maturity depends on how I'm feeling. Sometimes I go over 9000. Other times I act totally retarded. It depends on my mood and the type of people I've encountered.
