$2,769.54.00 CAD was spent on my build.

Now how come when I play MC I only get 60-120 frames and no more.
I need someone who actually has experience and I am willing to pay up to
$5 to have my entire MC optimized and setup for high quality recording as well as
mods to make the gameplay look cool.

Including the mods, texturepacks etc

Yep, I was also getting that many frames with a GTX 1080ti and a high end CPU. What I did to fix it was install optifine and allow my MC client to use 9GB of ram.

Disable VSync, and make sure your fps isn't capped.

I spent less than a quarter what you have and back in the day I still got nearly 1k FPS sometimes (usually like 300-400).

use an fps texture pack
make ur graphics in game as low as they can be
change the frame rate limit?
overclock ur pc
don't have many applications on at the same time
allocate like 8gb of ram
try changing ur nvidia settings

never overclock your pc unless you want hella problems in the future
