Hello everyone, basically I have a completely custom developed RPG Server being made ($2,250 plugin) And I'm wondering what is the best way to spend $500 for Advertising? Also is it possible to get a 10-20 Player base with $500?

That's something you could do,
so as Cookie Monster suggested spend around $300 for a youtuber with decent view-count and spend like $100 for a couple of hours of .org (peak times if you can) and another $100 for a smaller Youtuber.
