Go on 'User Menu' located next to Inbox and Alerts.There you'll find 'Minecraft association' which can also be located here:

You'll have to type the name and then change the skin of the account to confirm your identity, then your sorted! it usually is instant to add your account but may take 1 or 2 mins!
