How to advertise on MSL multiple times?

Does anyone know how to advertise a server on MSL multiple time (minecraft-server-list)?

Nearly 75% of my player base comes from here usually. It used to be as simple as adding a space before the IP when adding the server now they have all kinds of protection in the way.

Willing to pay someone to thoroughly explain to me how to do this, I sort of have the idea, I just don't know how to carry it out.

I believe MSL will yes, but 150% worth it. There is a 5 day wait period to take your server down and re-advertise it. The day I put my server on MSL I always gain 70+ new players, and that turns into 5-10 new dedicated players willing to donate. Post it every day for a week is more advertisement then I'd get in a month. Yes 150% worth a ban, and pretty sure this is done through OVH where I can disguise my IP as 3 different "servers" that all bungee together, and tie into the actual server IP. Just not exactly clear on how it is done.
