How to Appraise Accounts or in general?

If the account name sounds cool, say it's like $300, if it doesn't, say like $30.

I mean, if we are talking about baseline OG names with TID and like 1-2 name changes, then the following would apply when I appraise
A normal word - $250-$400 depending on the word (ex. Hot, Nut, Due, Royal)
A word with a past or present tense - $50-$250 depending on the word and meaning (ex. Targeted, Triggered, Spammed)
Any other names are either $5-$25 if they don’t have a meaning or just look clean/used to be someone else’s name or something alone those lines.
If the word means something special or has multiple meanings, it could be worth a lot more depending on what others think. I normally don’t appraise these first since I tend to lowball prices so I wait for people to go first and either agree and disagree. (ex. Ninja, oof, pewdiepie)

There are many factors that go into how much an account is worth.
The factors that a lot of appraisers, and myself of course, go off of include, but are not limited to:
Name changes
Owner History
Bans
A possible past scam history
The name itself
Whether or not if it's known for something
Ranks
Whether or not the person has TID & OGE
Whether or not the TID/OGE were leaked
Stats
There are probably more I'm missing, but these are the ones I could think of off the top of my head.

For which part? Thats the average price for accounts nowadays and 2 of the top appraisers agreed with me so I dont see what is overpriced

- in-game items
- name history
- security
- bans
- mutes
- linked social media
- current owner
- previous sale prices
- previous sale prices for similar accounts
i could keep going but those are probably the main things i use
