So i have been being bullied at school for the past three years by the same two individuals and need some idea on how to beat them , because ignoring them dosn't work and punching them in the face neither works.

How did contacting a member of staff have no effect? As a member of Teaching Staff they are obligated to look into the situation, especially if they hold a head of year / other special position.

Agree with what they say and then they'll be really confused keep doing that if that doesn't work then have something to record what they say and then show your principal

If they keep starting again, keep reporting them. If they got suspended the first time than they will be given a harsher punishment once Staff realise they're still doing it.

When they're bullying you and calling you names agree with them and pick on yourself they're going to be really confused on what to do

Kick up a fuss and don't let it go unnoticed. Tell your parents, refuse to go to School until something is done, anything along those lines. Make it apparent that it's still going on and that it's only getting worse.

I have an issue where any movement can disrupt my train of thought, meaning exams are incredibly hard for me with 150 other people writing around me. I kept bringing it up over the course of numerous exams and sure enough, after a while I managed to secure my own room for exams so that I can now concentrate.

Same applies here, persistence will make things better.
