How to Become a Succesful Streamer

Hello, I wanted to know if anyone can give me tips on becoming a streamer. I want to start streaming csgo or cod or minecraft but need help on how to gain viewers and get them to watch.

make a youtube channel first > get some videos up > get some subs > upload a video asking your viewers if they want you to stream > they will say yes > stream and advertise it on your youtube channel.

upload/stream for 23hrs, Sleep 1 hr, Repeat

Be funny be good at the game and have good qualities and actually put in work
