But how to?

I don't have any reps but i want to but, i don't know what i need to do.

1. Learn the proper techniques to secure accounts
2. Do legitimate deals do get valid reputation and rep (note the difference) until people deem you as reasonably trustworthy
3. Don't hold paypal, that is unless you like chargebacked on and losing money
4. Identify why you want to middleman
