How to build reputation

I have been registered on MCM for about 2 years now (Only just started properly doing stuff in the past 3 months), and I have found it quite hard to gain reputation. I was just wondering whether there were easy ways to do it or anything like that as I want to become more trustworthy in the community.

Any of you people with lots of rep please tell me what you guys did to get that much as it would really help me!

Sorry I only have Enterprise running. But yeah, if you want rep just do some small scale services for people. Help with installs on things, quick gfx, debugging, idling for people, etc. Essentially be a slave for a short while, no big deal.
