Ask your parents if you can pay them $11 for your PayPal account to buy permissions on a site that is $10.
If your parents have a PayPal account, they most likely have their credit card attached to it and they might have no problem doing it.
I'm a 14-year-old graphic designer and that's what I did so I can now purchase stuff online with the money I made from designing.

If you'll tell them you're making money from graphic designing and explain to them about graphic designing and that you trying to make some money, they might let you do that.
