1. If you have OGE access/FA and the email is verified, this will work for you. You must have access to the email on file for the account so you're able to send a code for verification. You can also ask the old owner of the account (if it's on their personal email) for the code it sends as well.
2. You can only do this once every 90 days.
3. Sign in to your Epic Games account. Head on over to settings > personal account. Look for the email box. Click it. If it's still grey and not clickable or able to be edited, you can't change the email. From there, it'll explain the process to you once you click where the email is. Here's what it shows:
