How to charge back a F&F payment

Sorry to tell you, but you can't. I made a f&f payment long ago, and I "chargebacked", but PayPal never accepted it. I called them many times telling them a believable story, but no matter how hard I tried - they never accepted. I highly doubt they will accept yours, or anyone's. Very small chance.

I've done it before, it's possible

So discussion of it should be prohibited? Makes no sense.

I wonder how long until people realize it is so much easier to win normal disputes than friends and family. On normal disputes you can protect yourself and argue that they are actually trying to scam you. If you do a friends and family you can't argue it's a scam since it's an IRL friend that you should be able to figure it out yourself with.

So for the love of god and satan, tell people to send to the money as a service/product so you can actually defend yourself.

I get what you are saying but initially to be honest yes, if someone needs help with it he should make a questions thread and just get pmed help cuz if not then it just teaches others more ways to scam :/. Yea I agree with your point bout goods and services
