So the user RMH scammed me and probably the other 2 people who loaned him money.

He hasn't responded to my messages at all and has been ignoring me. Loaned him $15, payback was $24 on Monday - $0.50 per day. So it's $26 he now needs to pay back.

Well, I'll let the others explain it, but in short words to chargeback G&S you'll need to complain a lot in a call saying that you didn't receive the product you paid for.

If it was F&F, you should've paid with VPN and said it wasn't you and that your paypal was hacked
