How to chargeback on servers?

Hey guys so i paid someone his name is iDavid
and hes online on skype and i paid a rank for him on a server and he said he will pay me today but hes online on skype and ignores my msges so just incase he really scams me how do i chargeback on servers?​

If he doesn't pay also, Report a scam report on mc-market to get him banned and make sure that nobody else deals with him

The two methods are stated:
How To Chargeback: A Step by Step Guide On How To Chargeback
1) Log into PayPal on a VPN
2) Change your password to a more secure one
3) Find the payment
4) Report the payment as unauthorized
5) Fill out all the necessary fields
6) When it asks "What steps did you do to protect your account" make sure to say you changed your password
7) Submit the form
8) Wait for the resolution
NOTE: This is not 100% surefire way to get your money back, it depends on what paypal decides.

Or you can just call your bank if you payed with a card and say you didn't but it

OR

Open a dispute on paypal by going to the resolution centre.

report him on the server(for scamming the rank and respectly request a refund) and mc market and say to the server admin ban him muahahahha

Hes already banned on the mc-market lol
