Need to chargeback $20 after a user didnt end up paying back for a loan. Pm/comment tips or simply the best way to get my money back. Also didnt use VPN when sending the money

Good luck, as said above as it's a loan they won't charge you back.

PayPal doesn't cover loans...

If you tell them you didn't receive an item or some bs, they will be very suspicious...
