How to Chargeback via PayPal

I was recently scammed and I'd like to chargeback a payment I sent. I paid using the Friends and Family option but I paid using my card.

I assume I should call my bank but what should I say? I paid using the same IP and login location I always use.

"Im good, thank you"
"So anyways this guy from this website scammed me!! And he wont give me my money back hes being a complete asshole! Call his mommy and tell her that her 5 year old son deserves a big ol' SPANKING!"

THIS IS REALITY:
Honestly just call your bank and explain the issue to them saying how you paid for a goods a service item online and was scammed, etc, etc
