I don't understand much about server setups, plugin configurations and all that administering stuff so i'm planning to get a dedicated server manager and administrator (one person). The question is how do i choose the right person for this job? I'm expecting to get 10-15 applications (those will not be professional guys). But i'm not sure how to judge, what questions to ask, what he needs to know and how to check their skills...?
Can you please share your thoughts and experience how to select the best person for this job?
