Just write "real time IDE Java" on google.
CodeBunk seems to fit your needs.
But I really think you probably don't need to do that. Just share your screen when you need to do pair-programming and else just use git.

floobits.com - has a trial for a couple of days, and you can just make a new account if its a big deal for you. Works with IntellIJ and a couple other IDE's (not eclipse tho) and has a web editor.
