How to delete old regedits

Hello. Back in the past I ran so many regedits to get better at pvp and I was wondering do they go away or do I have to delete them by hand. If so how

1. Regedits DO NOT WORK
2. Im pretty sure you will either have to find the original regedit values or reset your pc.
Thats why you make backups.

I didnt ask if it worked or not. I personal believe it works. Every since I started using it, I take no kb. I just want to know how to delete the past ones.
